BOOKING CONDITIONS REQUIRED BY THE TALENT YOU HIRE
Overtime rates: The day rate is based on an 8-hour day (unless otherwise specified in a contract). After an 8-hour day, or on weekends or holidays, the day rate will be increased by 50%. If you have agreed to an hourly rate, each hour after 8 hours of work in a day will be billed at the hourly rate + 50%.
Cancellation fees: If you confirm a Talent but subsequently cancel, you agree to pay fees according to the following schedule:

Lingerie endorsements: Lingerie rate differs from the day rate. You will pay the lingerie rate when you require Modeling of bras, panties, slips, pantyhose, jockey shorts, boxer shorts, sleepwear and transparent or translucent apparel. Arrangements must be made in advance for lingerie Modeling.
Image usage: Use of Talent’s image is protected by rights to privacy and publicity statutes in NY and CA. Talent must authorize image use in the form of an agreement.
Digital replica: Talent must specifically grant authorization for use of his or her digital replica.
